1.       Work with network Infrastructure and Data Center Advisor, Network and Data Center Infrastructure Division, Application Services and client representatives to build/create standard operation   procedure, Term of Reference, and Documentation.

2.       Monitor TIC TIMOR data center and network infrastructure, and undertakes technical creation of performance report.

3.       Undertakes detail planning of data center and network infrastructure to maintain all infrastructure in high performance.

4.       Works with 3rd party vendors to ensure technical assurance and adherence to quality standards.

5.       Responds as quickly as possible to support emergency situations as needed for the purpose of problem solving in data center and infrastructure.

6.       Ensures network device installations are to best practice standars.

7.       Work alongside the various network management system application to ensure consistent quality of data center and network infrastructure performance.

8.       Ensures service Management approval for any critical task.

9.       Perform new technology test for data center and network infrastructure to make sure TIC TIMOR I.P update any technology in order center and network infrastructure and also high operational efficiency and effectiveness.

10.   Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
