  1. Assisting, develop systems and modules graphical interfaces, web modules, database module, application reports and statistics, and any software components needed to deliver complete and functional applications system required by the GoTL information system;

  2. Assisting design and implement software solutions that adhere to current architecture standards in order to support the systems and services used by the GoTL;

  3. Assisting design and implement computer application system, modules and any software components needed to support GoTL e-Government strategy, programs and project;

  4. Apply software development methodologies as directed by manager to develop, implement and test systems and software components;

  5. Assist design, develop, implement systems and software technical specifications based on business requirements provided by institutions. Develop and maintain Systems and software documentation in order to facilitate maintenance and upgrade activities;

  6. Provide the necessary technical support and work as a team with all Government Entities to accomplish the software development and implementation tasks requested by the Institution.

  1. Assist develops and provide a monthly software project status report describing the development of the above activities and any issues that may emerge, with conclusions and recommendations in regards to the GoTL e-government strategy development operation;

  2. Strong and effective inter-personal and communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of staffs.

  3. Basic understanding of Git command-line procedures in System development repositories for bugs tracking, version control and task management.

1. Design and build internal user documentation portals and other systems.

2. Update and create user documentation for various systems.

3. Support to any ad - hoc activities related to common services ICT.

4. Attend meetings and take minutes as required.

5. Create/ Amend user documentation. Both written, and with video user guides as required.

6. Design and setup internal user documetation repository.

7. Document the process thoroughly.

8. Take part on ad - hoc tasks in the daily support routines, for certain applications that need asstance,etc.
