  1. Design and build internal user documentation portals and other systems

  2. Update and create user documentation for various systems

  3. Support to any ad-hoc activities related to Common Services ICT

  4. Assist in the planning, arrangements and preparation of unit meetings, communicates and sharing

    information with relevant unit or parts.

  5. Attend meetings and take minutes as required

  6. Create/Amend user documentation. Both written, and with video user guides as required.

  7. Design and setup internal user documentation repository.

  8. Document the process thoroughly.

  9. Take part on ad-hoc tasks in the daily support routines, for certain applications that need assistance,

    etc.
